PRICING . POLICIES
I work with each individual artist on a per case basis. I offer per hour billing, per job billing, as a consultant and retainer plans. Please call me for a specific quote on your job.
Billing: For new hourly clients, invoices are generated when the project is complete and must be paid prior to delivery of any project. For clients billed on a per job basis, balance due on delivery.
Other expenses, such as materials, supplies, shipping and postage (for a specific project) will be billed at actual cost, this does not include phone usage, regular paper, printer ink which are included in the price. All invoices will be included.
Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the appointed time for consultations. Otherwise there will be a 50% cancellation fee - of the hourly rate.
Confidentiality is guaranteed at all times, for all clients, ideas, designs, business information, billings, or any other shared information, unless the client gives me written permission to share their information with a third party. I will gladly provide a Confidentiality Agreement to any client who wishes one.
All client information remains strictly confidential, unless artist requests for me to share it.
